Description

The SICE S560 is an electro- hydraulic automatic commercial tyre changer for quick demounting and mounting of wheels for trucks, buses, tractors, and earth moving equipment.

Suited to large operators that require a fast, super strong and reliable machine for everyday use on demanding fitments.

Wheel rotation is double speed with simultaneous movement for the tool arm and chuck, allowing the Sice S560 to be super quick in operation.

S560 has huge specification with a capacity of 59” (1500mm) wheel width and 103” (2600mm) diameter.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Featuring a powerful electro-hydraulic motor superior to many of its competitors. The S560 has double carriage movements, the tool arm is automatically in its movements with the bead breaker arm having not only automatic lift but also automatic tool head rotation.

S560 controls are cable connection to the control station with radio remote control being optional.

Eco Mode

ECO MODE: the automatic function “ECO MODE” allows great energy savings. When the machine is not in use, it automatically turns off. Always in automatic mode, it restarts at the first command.

Carriage

Double carriage movements speed up the operation for the operator.

Tool Arm

Tool arm movement is automatic for horizontal travel, automatic lifting and head rotation allow for a faster and safer operation for the technician with less fatigue whilst carrying out multiple tyre fitments.
